The company is independently owned company and is the brainchild of pioneering Aloevera experts in the country who want to make a significant contribution to the health of mankind using Aloe and other useful herbs/medicinal plants prescribed by Ayurveda and ancient Indian traditional knowledge, in a unique blending with active bio-ingredients prescribed by modern scientific research. We ensure both quality and purity of our plants at our privately owned organic plantations of Aloevera. Since we want only the best for our consumers, we use only the best mainly natural ingredients in our products.

HISTORY 2001- Started cultivating Aloevera in private contracted farms in Jaipur. 2004- Started trading in Aloevera based products i.e. juices and gels. 2007- Set-up manufacturing unit at EPIP, Neemrana with HITESHI brand products. 2009- Won ‘President Award for Outstanding Entrepreneurship’ at National Level. 2010- Expanded own plantations of Aloevera and Amla at Jaisalmer (Western Rajasthan). 2011- ‘NUTRAYU’ brand of products rolled out in Indian market from 2nd unit at Jaipur. 2013- 'ALOCARE' brand launched for the discerning global customer looking for authentic & pure natural healthcare products.

PLANTATIONS
Pure, stabilized Aloevera gel is the primary source of our effective products. We take great care in making sure we continuously provide you with the very best Aloe products. That’s why we own our plantations. We own 1,000-acre plantations of Aloevera, Amla (Indian gooseberry) and other herbs in Jaisalmer, which is one of the largest medicinal private plantations in India. We use goats, sheep and camels to naturally control weeds and provide 100% natural fertilizer (manure) to grow Aloevera without compromising the health of plants or the environment. We employ local farmers and provide excellent living & working conditions. The steady jobs and our remunerations are the envy of others in the plantation region. Our farmers harvest Aloevera by hand, treating it with great care. All the farms are covered by micro-irrigation facilities ensuring adequate watering for plants.

MANUFACTURING
The leaves are processed within few hours at our Jaisalmer pulping plant so that we get the purest, freshest Aloevera pulp intact with all its inherent characteristics, to conform to the highest standards prescribed by International Aloe Science Council. Our current pulping capacity is 3 tonnes/day. We also have a fully automated pulp extraction-cum-manufacturing plant for value added healthcare products at Neemrana which was set-up by the company in the year 2007 under the technical guidance from PUM, Holland. The unit is located in an Export Promotion Industrial Park on Jaipur-Delhi national highway, which is at a distance of 62 miles from the nearest Delhi International Airport and 34 miles from the nearest Inland Container Depot (Dry Port). The plant’s location in the Export Zone ensures consistent supply of production inputs for seamless operations. The plant has an installed capacity of 5 tonnes/day of Aloevera based products i.e. juice and gel. The company has almost all the major export & quality certifications like HACCP, WHO-GMP, GMP (Ayurveda), ISO-9000: 2001, Organic certification conforming to international standards & compliances. MARKETING ALOCARE-UK LTD. came into existence in 2013 as an associate company for handling international marketing operations from London, U.K. for the UK and EU based retail and bulk customers for 'ALOCARE' brand of nutraceuticals and cosmeceuticals. The bulk product marketing is handled both by HITESHI and ALOCARE-UK LTD. ALOCARE-INDIA PVT. LTD. is another group associate company to handle marketing for the rest of the world including Africa and Gulf countries.

Mr. TULSI BHATIA:
With over 25 years of experience of running diverse businesses, Tulsi has been one of the pioneers of Aloe Vera cultivation in Rajasthan, the desert state of India. He set-up the first automated manufacturing plant for Aloevera based products in the state that caters to the large healthcare market in India apart from export markets since 2009. With his perseverance and dedication to excel, he has made a mark in the field of preventive healthcare by establishing his domestic business under NUTRAYU and HITESHI brands in India. ALOCARE is the latest addition in his quest for excellence by reaching out to international consumers through world class healthcare and personal care products.


Mr. VINOD KUMAR DESHWAL:
With M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry from University of Rajasthan, Vinod has over 25 years of work experience in QA/QC production. His specialization lies in Product development, Quality audit (GMP/GLP/WHO GMP) and technical training. Under his turnkey management consultancy firm for Ayurvedic and healthcare products, he is a renowned consultant for setting up pharmaceutical and herbal based greenfield projects.

Mr. DEEPAK PALIWAL:
A life sciences domain specialist with over 10 years of strategic, marketing and operating experience. Demonstrated capability in developing and building portfolio's for start ups, proven track record in developing a quick understanding of business and turning around mature brands into high growth brands. Deepak has successfully led large and complex projects related to market entry strategy, brand benefit hierarchy, market assessment and opportunity analysis. Proven track record of working in affiliate and international roles in a wide range of business environments: set-up business, scale-up operations, mid-size and large pharmaceutical and market research companies.

Mr. AMIT PAREEK:
A bachelor degree holder, Mr. Amit is having over 15 years of sales and marketing experience with industries such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, herbal products, toiletories etc. He has worked across several states in India and is an expert in setting up distribution network with complete logistics back-up plan. He is responsible for channel marketing of HITESHI brand in Maharastra, Goa and Karnataka states of India as he is involved in HITESHI's brand building exercise also.

Mr. MANU SOLANKI:
With a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts (BFA), Manu has over 10 years of corporate branding, packaging and designing experience. He is responsible for the brand management and packaging of HITESHI brand products as well as its other asssociated brands. Currently he is working on Image makeover of HITESHI brand products in India both in offline and digital media.
